Ahead sticks are simply the best sticks out there. Before the switch my sticks where Vic Firth's Metal and Rock models. As a metal drummer I'd go through sticks in a matter of songs. Either broken or such a loss of wood they lost their balance, tone and feel. Ahead sleeves last about as long as wood sticks did, but most importantly Ahead sticks never loose their balance, feel, or tone. Further more with Ahead I don't feel the fatigue in my wrists and find I have better grip and have less sticks flying through the air. I cannot say enough positive things about Ahead Sticks, so save a tree and buy Ahead!

For the Longest(18yrs) time I used a another brand of sticks, then I went to my local music store to buy more sticks? Thank god they were out of that brand!!! So I bought a pair of AHEAD stick 5b rock!! Lets just say it was the Best pair of sticks I've played? I will NEVER go back to WOOD sticks Again!! Playing AHEAD Sticks.. l can play for hours an hours NOW ..My hands Don't hurt anymore.. NOW I wont use another BRAND of sticks ! l also use grip tape and gloves!! My local music store cant keep enough tape and sticks in stock!!! They love it when I walk in!!!

There is only one thing I can say about these drum sticks. OH MY GOD!!! these drumsticks are as I referred to when I first used them "these sticks are the Ninjas of all drumsticks". I remember reading the awesome comments before I bought my sticks, and every one of them is true. Great sound, great feel and vary little shock on your hands. plus replaceable parts. I highly recommend these sticks to all drummers!

Too many people write and complain about things in life so let me just assure you that this is not a complaint, far from it to be exact. I have just purchased the new Ahead Snare Drum and may I say that this is the best (without exception) snare drum that I have ever played or been lucky enough to own. The Snare is absolutely fantastic in every way and again trust Ahead to come up with the goods.
I have used Ahead sticks ever since I can remember and when I was ready for purchasing my last Snare Drum I looked and tried everything from Tama Star classic through to DW and let me say "Nothing even comes close." The crack from this drum is awesome and even makes playing the snare even easier due to the rebound on the drum and the rim shots are out of this world. Thanks for making this fantastic drum.

Hey guys just wanted to say that i love those ahead drumsticks. I have been using them for just about 7 years now and i have only broken 4 sticks EVER! Being a metallica fan and seeing the sticks and hearing what lars had said about them and also seeing that tommy lee took a liking, i thought i would give them a whirl. They are everything they are meant to be and more. From the stick tape to the sticks. lol but anywayz i found one sticks worthy of it and i wrapped a stick just to test it out and aside from learning how to get it on the stick and keep it there, the stuff is awesome!! You guys are doing an awesome job with them. All the other drummers can waste money buying wood sticks. I will invest my money and use ahead sticks. Period.

Ahead drumsticks ROCK!!!!! I used to play with wood pro mark sticks and I kept breaking a pair every 5 days and now, I bought a pair of 5B and a Tommy Lee Silver Series drumsticks and I have better results than wood sticks. I am never going back to wood sticks again because compared to Ahead, they suck. I am glad I switched to Ahead drumsticks. Thanks for creating these cool drumsticks.

I just wanted to let you know about how i feel about your products. firstly, i bought a pair of you joey jordison model sticks, and from the first time i played them, i was hooked.after playing those for about a year, i decided to try a new model, so i went with the matt mcdonough model sticks. these sticks are just as amazing as the joey pair, and i switch back and forth regularly between pairs when i play(the ball tips on matt's pair provide excellent cymbal clarity). when i purchased the matt mcdonough pair, i also purchased a pair of your drummers gloves which i found to be an excellent product. the way they grip the stick is awesome. i will recommend your products to every drummer i know, and i will buy your products and support your company.
