Kastick currently anchors the big bad, cutting edge, live drum sound and programming behind Big Mountain, Maxi Priest, Engima, Ky-Mani Marley, Beres Hammond, Diana King and Tessanne Chin under the alias GrooveGalore MuziK.
Kastick’s been in overdrive since the 80’s, when he was chosen in 1989 to rule the drummer’s chair for Jamaica’s top backing band 809. Since then Kastick has never looked back, nor taken any prisoners, as a Drummer, Music Director and Producer.  He has gone on to produce for artists such as Tessanne Chin, 2013' Winner of the hit TV show 'The Voice', as well as, touring the globe with musical powerhouses including; Shaggy, Grammy nominated Maxi Priest, Reggae legend  Bob Marley’s son Ky-Mani Marley, Enigma, and the internationally renowned Reggae group Big Mountain.
Having been fascinated by the forces of music throughout his childhood in Montego Bay, Jamaica, (which included piano, keyboards, bass, and horns), the drums is what Paul "GrooveGalore" KasticK would go on to master.  The mastery of his instrument(s), as Kastick would put it, “was real life experience”, wood-shedding, gigging, and the road, which took off at an early age for Paul.  Always being young and pure at heart, he remains adventurous and versatile in his approach to live playing and producing, breaking down the boundaries of music, and bringing his own interpretation to the grooves. Now in his innovative prime, his quest is to be groovier & more cutting edge with his creative talent, in both the studio, and during his live touring performances around the world.
In 2000, Kastick formed NativeXaymaycan Entertainment Muzik, Inc., the parent company of GrooveGalore Productions, his creative nest. KaticK's projects include major production work on all of Big Mountains last 6 CD releases; Things To Come (2000), One Love (2001), Cool Breeze (2001) New Day (2002), Cover’s In Paradise (2003), Big Mountain’s Greatest Moments (2004), and Perfect Summer (2016).  Kastick also co-produces two of Jamaica’s hottest female Reggae, Punk, and Rock exports; Tessanne Chin (Winner of "The Voice" 2013) and Italee.
