Jim Axel Lozano Ajuria (Born in Mexico, D.F., September 25, 1996) is a Mexican musician and composer known mainly for his career as a drummer. His way of playing is varied going rom the simple rhythms of rock, passing to more Latin rhythms like the songo, bossa nova, funk, to other more progressive and extreme genres. He started his musical career in 2006 at that time he participated in several presentations at school events where he began to appear before bigger masses, being so young he called the attention of the media Communication that invited him to participate in various television programs, radio interviews, altruistic events and causes for different foundations. At age 14 he was hired as a drum teacher at Richard's Academy. His band "JET JAGUAR" began to attract the attention of the heavy metal fans in Mexico and other countries nevertheless in April of that year Jimmy suffered a Cerebrovascular accident (Stroke) caused by an arteriovenous malformation thing that forced him to move away temporarily from the stage for a few months. The passion for music was one of the main incentives for his recovery at an amazing speed. At the end of that year with all the energy and support of his companions and fans, Jet Jaguar was back as a band for shows with international bands Like Skull Fist (Canada) and Striker (Canada) in the cities of Oaxaca and Mérida. Jet Jaguar's first demo reached new highs allowing the band to open for international touring bands. The first EP was edited by Active Roots Records of Thailand where it was distributed in a special edition and dedicated to the Asian market in cassette format. Now, Jim will be sharing stages with Megadeth, Annihilator, Alice Cooper, Europe, and many more with Jet Jaguar at WACKEN OPEN AIR 2017. Jim's main Influences: Metallica, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, Annihilator, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Pantera, Gojira, Dream Theater, Slayer, Anthrax, Havok, Iron Maiden, etc.
