Brooklyn, NY native Johnny Kelly has been a stalwart of the Metal and Rock scene for almost two decades. Best known as drummer for platinum selling Goth-Metal band Type O Negative, Johnny also records and tours with Danzig and Seventh Void. Since releasing their debut CD "Heaven Is Gone" on Vinnie Paul's Big Vin Records, Johnny and Seventh Void have been busy touring with Lacuna Coil, Static-X and Kill Hannah.
Despite his busy schedule, Johnny has also found time to record the Status Quo classic "Pictures of Matchstick Men" with Ozzy Osbourne for the Howard Stern "Private Parts" soundtrack, and has appeared on Roadrunner Records 25'th anniversary recording "The All Star Sessions". In his spare time Johnny plays drums in Led Zeppelin tribute band Earl's Court.
