Mikel Urdy, a native of the Austin, Texas music scene, relocated to Nashville, Tennessee with 30 plus years of performing. Urdy has had the privilege of sharing the stage with Monte Montgomery, Los Lonely Boys, Kirk Whalum, Sting, Marc Broussard, Delbert McClinton, the McCrary Sisters, Raul Malo and The Mavericks, Robert Randolph, Trombone Shorty, HEART, The Outfield, Ozomatli, Sheryl Crow, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Devon Allman, Little Feat, Cyril Neville, Earth Wind and Fire, Wide Spread Panic, The Neville Brothers and Grammy Award winning artists Little Joe y La Familia and Fabian Hernandez. Mikel has performed at The Kennedy Center, The Soave Guitar Festival in Italy, The Rochester Jazz Festival, The Monterey Jazz Festival, The Delbert McClinton Sandy Beaches Cruise along with tours throughout the US and Canada. Mikel Urdy is currently the Percussionist for 80H Project.
