Our founder, Bob Kasha, started his journey in the drum retail world, owning two ABK Rocks music stores in the Greater Los Angeles area from 1981 to 1994. These experiences remind us daily of the invaluable role local drum shops play—places where customers can try a crash cymbal or snare drum before they buy it, receive education and expert guidance, and cultivate their musical passions.
